Learn to Ride Programme

Join our Occupational Therapist for 5 days of our Learn to Ride Programme. Throughout the week your child will learn to safely put their helmet on, get on/off their bike and park their bike. They will then learn to steer, start & stop safely, glide and hopefully by the end of the week be able to pedal and ride independently. Please note that each child is individual and although we will try our best to get them cycling independently, we cannot guarantee this.

We will have an occupational therapist and assistant present at each session to ensure children get maximum support during the group. If your child has a caregiver it would be advised that they attend to the group to aid with monitoring the children during break times or as necessary.
