Occupational Therapist
Arianna obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health and Medical Sciences from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Essex, where her research explored the use of occupational therapy within Paralympic sports and its role in enhancing participation and performance. Arianna is a registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom.
During her clinical training, Arianna gained diverse experience across paediatric, geriatric, community, and acute healthcare settings. Her experience included work at Headway Day Centre supporting individuals with acquired brain injury, Doucecroft School assisting students with autism and complex needs, Clacton & District Hospital and Ipswich Hospital where she contributed to rehabilitation and functional recovery within elderly care. Arianna also gained acute care experience at Ipswich Hospital and completed internships at the Health Services Authority in Grand Cayman, where she rotated through Occupational Therapy, Mental Health, and Physiotherapy departments.
Arianna has worked extensively with children presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing challenges, and attention difficulties. She has been involved in developing and implementing emotion regulation and fatigue management programs, as well as designing sensory-friendly environments within educational settings to promote inclusion and engagement.
Arianna is passionate about a client-centred approach and values collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. She believes that successful therapy outcomes are achieved through strong partnerships between therapists, families, educators, and other professionals. Arianna thrives on building meaningful relationships and fostering environments where children feel supported, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
