Led by a licensed speech-language pathologist, our Early Literacy Group provides playful, evidence-based activities that spark curiosity and build confidence in foundational literacy skills.
Group Highlights
🌟 Grounded in Research
Our literacy approach is based on research showing that early exposure to sound awareness, print concepts, and storytelling creates strong foundations for later reading and academic success.
🎶 Phonological Awareness
Through songs, rhymes, and word play, children strengthen their awareness of sounds, syllables, and patterns in language.
📖 Print & Story Exploration
Children explore books and storytelling in ways that celebrate imagination and build comprehension, vocabulary, and sequencing skills.
🤝 Peer Connection & Confidence
Small group sessions encourage turn-taking, sharing ideas, and learning together—helping children build social communication skills alongside literacy.
💚 Strengths-Based & Joyful
Every child brings unique ideas, experiences, and abilities. Our program celebrates individuality and makes learning literacy a positive, motivating experience.
